OUR MISSION
At Indy Design Week, our mission is to celebrate and elevate the Indianapolis design community by fostering connections, sparking dialogue, and providing a stage for creative expression. We believe in the power of design to shape culture, solve complex problems, and drive meaningful change. Our goal is to cultivate an inclusive space where designers, creators, and enthusiasts can come together to share ideas, explore new perspectives, and make a lasting impact.
OUR ANNUAL EVENT
Every April, we host a week-long celebration of design at various locations around Indianapolis. Indy Design Week features a rich lineup of events; including hands-on workshops, engaging panel discussions, interactive meet-ups, engaging speakers (both in-person and virtual), and a dynamic pop-up market that showcases local designers, makers, and brands. With each event, we strive to highlight the unique voices and talent within the Indy design community and offer inspiring experiences for all who attend.

WDW is an international coalition dedicated to sharing knowledge, resources, and best practices while fostering the exchange of ideas, products, and sustainable development. Our mission is to support the growth of design events worldwide. Indianapolis proudly joins over 40 sister Design Weeks, including those in Barcelona, Beijing, Bogota, Helsinki, Mexico, Seoul, Tokyo, Toronto, and others, as well as numerous design weeks and festivals across the U.S.
