VOLUNTEER EVENT CREW
This is dedicated group serves as an extension of our board and is selected a
few months before IDW to help with event prep & promotion.
_ Design promotional graphics for social media, print, web, and more
_ Copywriting for marketing, advertising, and community outreach programs
_ Assist with website design & updates
_ Event planning & logistics.
VOLUNTEER ON-SITE
On-site volunteers play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming & fun
atmosphere at all IDW events, during event week and beyond.
_ Attendee check-in and registration
_ Wayfinding & directional guidance for attendees
_ Event set-up and/or teardown
_ Assisting with speakers or vendors needs
